Refund & Cancellation Policy
At Peak Performance Golf & Athletics, we are committed to delivering an exceptional experience at our Vaughan facility. Please review our refund and cancellation policy carefully before purchasing.
1. Memberships
- All membership purchases are final and non-refundable once activated.
- Memberships are non-transferable and may not be shared with other individuals.
- If you are unable to use your membership due to a medical condition or injury, please contact us at frontdesk@golfatpeak.com with supporting documentation. We will work with you on a case-by-case basis to find a fair resolution, which may include a credit or membership pause.
- Memberships that have not yet been activated may be eligible for a full refund within 7 days of purchase.
2. Flex Passes
- Flex passes are non-refundable once purchased.
- Hours are valid for 12 months from the date of purchase unless otherwise stated.
- Unused hours are non-transferable and have no cash value.
3. Private Lessons
- Lesson packages are non-refundable once purchased. Individual unused lessons within a package may be rescheduled.
- Cancellations or rescheduling requests must be made at least 24 hours in advance. Cancellations made with less than 24 hours notice will forfeit that lesson from the package.
- No-shows will be counted as a used lesson with no option to reschedule.
- If a PGA instructor cancels a session, the lesson will be rescheduled at no additional cost.
4. Bay & Facility Bookings
- Bay bookings may be cancelled or rescheduled with a minimum of 24 hours notice at no charge.
- Cancellations made less than 24 hours before a booking may result in a forfeiture of the session.
- Peak Performance Golf & Athletics reserves the right to cancel or modify bookings due to facility maintenance, special events, or unforeseen circumstances. In such cases, customers will receive a full credit or reschedule option.
5. Exceptional Circumstances
We understand that life happens. If you are experiencing a serious personal situation and feel your case warrants an exception to this policy, please reach out to us directly. We review all requests individually and will do our best to accommodate where possible.
